My age’ed mother routinely gives me a check for my birthday. It is one of the few times a year I have money I can call my own. For the most part, my wife allows me the liberty to spend this money as I want. This year, she required me to spend it for expenses I had on my business trip to Montreal. She let me have the money back when the expense report was paid by my employer. It took about three weeks for the payout and I was given permission by my wife to use it as I wished. I have recently been given the gift of being kept in chastity for over a year.
