This past week I was called into Jury duty. My wife had me change into the travel plastic clasps on my CB-6ks instead of the brass padlock. It allows me to breeze through the metal detectors at the courthouse. Since I am traveling M-F this week on a business trip, she is also having me just keep it that way until I return. It will be the first time I am wearing my CB-6Ks for the entirety of a business trip.
I asked A.L. Enterprise Customer Service, and they say TSA is aware of male chastity devices and you just need to tell them you are wearing one if it is discovered in a body scan. My last trip to Montreal I did not pass through any body scanner. The check points just had metal detectors. I am going to print the e-mail from A.L. Enterprises to take with me just in case, but don't foresee any issue.
I am glad my wife is strict enough to require me to remain locked while out of town the whole time. One time I stored my chastity device in my checked bag, but there was a layover and I did not have access to it. The night in the layover hotel did not go well. Had I been locked the whole time, that could of been adverted. This time I will and hope to return to present to my wife a clasp that is still secure to be replaced again with the brass pad lock.
For her, having me kept chaste past three weeks is just much better. Keeping me chaste through a week of trips to the courthouse and on a week long out of town business trip is of more importance to her since she has discovered the pronounced effect prolonged chastity has my service to her.
This week I will be in a hotel room each night for the whole week. My wife is holding down the domestic routine with the two children. It is a very busy time for her and I feel bad having to leave. At least my return will be still chaste and ready to dutifully refill the subservient role my wife enjoys of me.

Yes, out of town on business is a time when men tend to get into trouble. Almost all of the domestic controls are left behind, and there is the expense account.
When John is out of town on business the first thing he is required to do is give me the phone number of the hotel, and his room number.
Depending on the nature of the trip, he is required to be back in his room by a cetain time. He knows it is in his best interest to be available to answer the 'room' phone if mistresss decided to check up on him.
Just because a husband is out of town on businss he should not have the feeling that he is free to come and go as he pleases.

Did you have time to fix some meals for your wife in your absence? I wondered if that was another requirement of her or if she enjoys cooking enough to hold down the fort with the family in the kitchen as well as with the other duties of running a home.

It is definitely easier when locked. The temptation to play with it is always there. I wish I could go 24/7. I am usually locked 23.5 hours a day, but absolutely have to be released for a clean up. All efforts to go more that 1 day have resulted in uncomfortable rashes. Getting clean isn't a problem, but getting dry is.
The problem will be solved soon. We're about to order an open design custom stainless device. We're both looking forward to it.

There is an adjustment to wearing a chastity device. It is commonly recommended that once past the adjustment, a minimum of three months be started of continuous use. Reading several WLM blogs it seems that many wives feel a good goal is to have their husband go a full 1 year with no orgasm. My wife is considering it for 2012. Good for her. So glad your wife has found it better to simply keep you locked. My wife has too. The one exception is she likes a maintenance orgasm to stave off me from becoming too effeminate. If I'm supposed to be at home and my wife is out, she calls on the main phone and never on my cell phone to make sure I'm where I'm supposed to be. I often keep the wireless phone handy or right with me so I don't miss her calls.
I'm never free to just come and go. Of course, the exception would be an emergency situation of some kind. When we go on vacation, my wife controls the hotel or stateroom keys, if we are on a cruise.
She stayed overnight with a relative who lived fairly close a few years ago, and she made me put on one of the c-cages we have (I don't wear one 24x7, but I do wear one a lot) and still kept tabs on me using the main house phone.
